Parryware is India’s leading manufacturer of bathroom products, originated from EID Parry, one of the country’s oldest and most reputed business entities. In 2006, it entered into a joint venture with Roca Corporation, Spain, became a Roca Group subsidiary in 2008 and turned into a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Roca Group in 2011.

The Challenge

The company has a large volume of secondary sales team set out for meeting customers on a day to day basis. A massive challenge confronted by both the primary and secondary sales team is accelerating the cycle and updating sales data swiftly. The paper-based communication & reporting, manual call reports and other sales-related task updates were time-consuming and exorbitant. This resulted in reduced employee productivity and efficiency, leading to an overall delay in sales cycles.

The client was looking for a multi-tenant mobile application for Sales Teams and Management to ‘digitally’ manage the entire sales process and reduce time spent in email, paper work, reporting, and status update meetings/calls.

Our Approach

We had a discussion with the client and realized that they were looking for a top mobile application development company in India that would help their field sales executives with an Android app to reach out to customers without any discomfort while also allowing them to update the sales data from anywhere, anytime. Also, the app should help them send their end of the report on the go. We brainstormed the project data with the team and came up with a wireframe to provide them with an Android app for sales force automation and tracking.

Our Solution

Based on the discussion with the client and wireframe approval, we developed a simple, easy to use, secure, powerful mobile and web application, Happisales. The live tracking Android App for sales executives allows to digitize the complete process, the web platform for the senior executives allows to track all the Sales personnel’s daily activities and the sales closures in real-time, in addition to enabling real-time Punch-In and Punch-Out for the call entries with Geo Tagging & Timings for field sales executives.

The app automates sales reporting and integrates with the client’s information systems seamlessly. The app also integrates all key elements of daily sales activities into one mobile app to serve as an on-the-go 24/7 personal digital assistant to field sales executives out for meeting customers. The web app is extremely useful for the sales managers as they allow tracking the activities of field force out for customer visits using real-time tracking feature. The Android field sales tracker app also works on offline premises and data will be saved as cookies and will be updated to the backend once the internet connectivity resumes.
