Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT) is a leading international terminal operator, formed through a partnership between the Red Sea Gateway Terminal (Saudi Arabia) and MMC (Malaysia). As one of the top 10 container terminal operators globally, RSGT handles approximately 20 million TEUs annually with an equity-weighted throughput of over 10 million TEUs.
Business Challenges
- Lack of Real-Time Tracking: Customers, shipping lines, agents, and trucking companies lacked visibility into shipment status, leading to operational inefficiencies.
- Limited Vessel Schedule Visibility: Updated schedules were unavailable in real time, causing delays and inaccuracies in planning.

We developed E-Track, a mobile-first and web-enabled app that offers:
