In today’s highly competitive digital landscape filled with startups and enterprises trying to widen their market presence and customer base, our client – one of the leading multinational electronics companies in India, wanted to enter the online marketplace with a reliable and scalable service booking application for home appliances. 

With several leading market players carving their own niche and offering best-in-class service booking solutions, our client wanted to develop a unique identity and gain a strong edge over their competitors with a seamless service booking app encompassing a wonderful user experience and hassle-free payments.

Design Thinking being the primary forte of Hakuna Matata Solutions, we designed a visually stunning service booking application that empowered customers with a highly customised and effortless service booking process. The app automatically tracked customers’ geolocation and enabled them to book a service in just 4 easy steps: select an appliance, choose the required service, pick a time slot and make the payment. 

Built as a Progressive Web App, the application could be accessed and used across any browser and device. To encourage cashless transactions, we enabled online payment options and included the pay later option which made it very convenient for customers to avail services.  

The product is currently live with over 200 bookings made every week.
